A topographic survey is the first and mandatory stage of almost any construction or land project in Tashkent. Its accuracy determines how correctly the design will be developed, whether it will pass approval with state authorities, and whether problems will arise on site.
When a survey is needed
A topographic survey is required when obtaining cadastral documents, designing buildings and structures, laying utility networks, landscaping an area and commissioning projects. The result is a topographic plan of the terrain with accurate coordinates and elevations of objects.
Stages of work
The work consists of three main stages. In the preparatory stage, a survey permit is obtained and archival data are collected. Then the field survey is carried out using modern total stations and GPS equipment. In the final stage the data are processed, plotted on the plan and approved with state authorities, after which a technical report is produced.
Timelines and cost
Timelines and cost depend on the plot area, building density, required accuracy and the presence of underground utilities. We calculate the exact estimate individually for each site — leave a request and our specialists will prepare a commercial offer.
