What are engineering surveys and why are they needed?
They are a set of works studying site conditions (relief, soil, ecology) before design and construction. Without them a facility cannot be designed correctly or permitted.
Why is a topographic survey needed before construction or for the cadastre?
A topographic survey gives an accurate site plan with coordinates and elevations and reveals underground utilities. It is the basis for the design, the building permit and cadastral documents.
What does laboratory soil analysis provide?
It determines the physical, mechanical and chemical properties of the soil (density, plasticity, subsidence, aggressiveness to concrete and steel). The foundation type and the safety of the building depend on this.
What is an EIA and when is it required?
EIA stands for environmental impact assessment. It is required for facilities affecting the environment and forms part of the environmental survey package together with emission and discharge permits and related documents.
Which regions do you work in?
Tashkent, the Tashkent region and other regions of Uzbekistan.
What documents will I receive?
A technical report, a topographic plan in PDF and DWG, and where required a 3D model in AutoCAD, laboratory test results and approved documentation. You can learn more about deliverables in this FAQ section.
How long do the surveys take?
The timeline depends on the area, the type of facility and the scope of work. Exact dates are fixed in the commercial offer once the task is clarified.
Do you help with approvals from state authorities?
Yes. We obtain approvals and expert reviews with the state supervisory bodies and local architectural authorities, and register topographic plans.
Is your equipment certified?
Yes. The equipment holds certificates of conformity and calibration from the State Standardization System of the Republic of Uzbekistan; the laboratory operates to GOST and the staff are certified.
How do I order a service and find out the cost?
